Pastor Bill gave his life to Christ as a teenager and God radically changed his life and called him to ministry where he desired to share what Jesus did for him to as many people as possible.  He has been pastoring churches in NL. since 1990, from youth ministry to church planting to lead pastor and he has loved each of these roles.

He has served as Lead Pastor at PPC since 2011 and is a community minded pastor who believes Pointing People to Jesus involves being available and involved in the community.
